Payment

We accept the following types of payment:

• Direct bank deposit - if you hold a New Zealand bank account. An email with the details will be sent to you on completion of your order.

• Credit card via Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service, and it is entirely secure.

International customs taxes/fees

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred on your purchase.

Return and exchanges

When you order from CoolCrib you are covered by our 7 day quality guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase you may, within 7 days of receiving your order, return the purchase for a complete refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original condition.
